We host four retreats per year in line with the seasons. These retreats aim to provide an opportunity to reset your body and mind through our yoga programme alongside healthy, seasonal meals in a relaxing environment giving you time and space to breathe.

What To Expect on A Kala Retreat

Yoga Programme

Yoga sessions, taught by Pippa, suitable for beginners, improvers and advanced yogis. Morning Power Flow classes thoroughly work all parts of the body and offer a challenging and invigorating practice. During evening Yin classes, you can expect juicy stretches that unwind and release tension creating space in both your body and mind. We also offer optional mini workshops, guided meditation sessions and bedtime Yoga Nidra.

Food

You in house chefs (Lex and Pip) have created a healthy, delicious and seasonal vegetarian menus. We are able to cater for all dietary requirements and offer vegan options at every meal should you request it. Breakfast and lunch will be served buffet style for you to enjoy at your leisure. Following our evening practice, we all enjoy dinner together.

Herbal teas, fruit and snacks are also provided throughout your stay.

Accommodation

Our venues are contemporary, light and airy, with plenty of space for yoga practice, as well as spaces reading, relaxing and enjoying the great outdoors. A variety of room options are available depending on the retreat.
